Deep Fried Shrimp with Spicy Cocktail Sauce

Nothing tastes better than deep fried shrimp, but don’t forget a side of Spicy Cocktail Sauce for dipping!

Ingredients
1 cup Tulkoff Cocktail Sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
Black pepper, to taste
3 Eggs
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1 lb Uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetable oil, for deep frying
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine Cocktail Sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce and black pepper. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a shallow dish beat the eggs. In a separate shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Place panko in a third shallow dish.
Dredge shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, then dip into eggs, then in panko, covering completely
Deep fry shrimp at 350 degrees for about 1 minute, or until cooked through. Transfer shrimp to paper towel to drain.
Serve with a heaping side of Spicy Cocktail Sauce.
