Ingredients
4 slices Thick cut bacon
2 slices Fresh baked bread of your choice
1 1/2 Tbsp Tulkoff’s Spicy Kimchi Aioli
1 fresh Tomato, sliced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/2 an Avocado, sliced
Fresh Iceberg lettuce, cleaned and cut to size
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and cover with a single layer of bacon. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the bacon starts to brown and becomes crispy.
Cut two slices of bread, or if pre-sliced, set aside. Place a cast iron pan on medium heat and allow to heat. Lightly coat each side of both pieces of bread in the bacon fat that is left in the baking sheet. Place both pieces of bread in the cast iron pan for a few minutes, until both sides are lightly browned. Put cooked bacon on a paper towel, allowing excess grease to be absorbed.
Remove bread from heat and spread Kimchi Aioli onto each piece. Place the bacon on one piece and top with the 2-3 slices of tomato. Season with salt and pepper, then cover with avocado slices. Top with iceberg lettuce and second piece of bread on top.
Slice in half and enjoy!
